Important Notes and Risk Warnings
By clicking this tab you will be taken to a list of funds prepared by a separate 3rd party company called Whitechurch Securities Limited (WSL). WSL are investment managers and researchers and have prepared this list using their extensive expertise and knowledge of the investment markets.
The list is prepared as a guide only and should not be seen as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any of the funds listed and we recommend that you seek full financial advice before entering into any investment or transaction. Advice is available from Nexus Financial Planning whereby we can make recommendations to suit your individual needs and investment objectives and we would always recommend advice is sought.
If however you make an investment further to reading this list of funds and you do not require financial advice as to the suitability of the product, then this transaction will be deemed ‘Execution Only’ this means you have selected the fund(s) yourself and made the decision to invest without receiving or asking for financial advice. By investing on an Execution Only basis you will lose some protections afforded under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 (FSMA 2000) – further details can be provided upon request or upon completion of the Execution Only Transaction.
If you wish to process your transaction through Nexus Financial Planning on an Execution Only basis, this can be arranged but we will simply act on your instructions.
We will offer full financial advice prior to making the investment however if you decline we will require your instructions in writing – further guidance can be provided upon request. Once we receive your instructions we will write to you confirming the basis of your transaction and advising you of the protections you will lose under the FSMA 2000.
