Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Yes, your first meeting is without charge. You will not pay any fees until we have discussed your needs, agreed the scope of work, and explained our charges. At the end of the first meeting we will ask you to agree how you wish to proceed. Your adviser will provide you with our About Our Services & Fees document to ensure you are fully aware of any charges.


Do you offer independent financial advice?

Yes, we provide independent financial advice, which means we can recommend suitable solutions from the whole market and are not restricted to a limited panel of products or providers. Are you regulated?

Absolutely, and you can view our entry on the Financial Conduct Authority register. As a regulated business, we have to deliver our services in a way that meets the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Our advisers have completed specific qualifications and training dependent on the type of advice which is being provided. All our financial advisers are level 4 qualified and hold the Diploma in Financial Planning.


Where are you based and do you just work with clients locally?

Our offices are in Bridgwater, Somerset, and although the majorty of our clients are local to the south-west, we have clients right across the UK. Keeping in contact has been made easier through video call technology to facilitate ‘Face-to-Face’ meetings. Where possible we will of course try and facilitate an in-person meeting, either in our office, or at a client's home or place of work.


How do you measure client satisfaction?

We offer clients the opportunity to complete an online Satisfaction Questionnaire and we also invite feedback through submitting a Google Review. We review all comments however they are received to help improve our service.


How can I book a free initial meeting?
